Welcome to the ACT-goal home on the web!
This is a spinoff site from my book “A Home for Love” (www.ahomeforlove.com) where I support single women in attracting love using Feng Shui and Life Design techniques. One of those techniques is the “ACT-goal formula”, which I’ve found to be a very successful and inspirational way of setting, and achieving, goals.
So here’s a whole website dedicated to this new, inspirational and very supportive way of setting goals.
A – for aligning yourself with your goal.
C – for clearing any obstacles in your way.
T – for trusting in the process, and yourself.
You start with the Align page, move to the Clear page, then the Trust page… and then you put it all together and ACT towards your newly set goal.
Each page will give you practical, ready to use ideas on what you can do to back yourself in a way that you will start attracting support from all around you to get to that goal. Goal setting doesn’t need to be hard, you don’t need to push, or become someone you’re not, to achieve important things in life.
What I suggest is that there’s a better way, a “softer” way if you will, a way that is much more fun, easy going and helpful than just pushing ahead, making yourself do stuff you’re really not comfortable with, just to get a result that you maybe didn’t even want in the first place…

Align
A – for aligning yourself with your goal, making sure it really is something you want, checking on the inside that this goal resonates with you.
Clear
C – for clearing any obstacles in your way. Get the skills or the help you need to achieve this goal, clear away negative self-talk (as much as you can) and sabotaging behaviours. Or put some supportive habits in place.
Trust
T – for trusting in the process, in yourself and in the universe (or whatever you prefer) that you will attract people, opportunities and situations to help you along the way.
